Privacy policy

The CRC Association respects the privacy of its members. The personal information the CRC Association collects is used for the purpose of delivering its key objectives. To this end, the names of the CRCs, Associate Members and Affiliate Members and their contact details are provided in the list of CRC Association members in the public access section of the CRC Association website. The CRC Association also holds these details for member CEOs, Business Managers, Education and Training Managers, Communication Managers and Research Managers in the members-only component of the CRC Association website for which each individual has his/her own access code. The CRC Association also operates email broadcast networks which are only accessible to those who subscribe.

The personal information the CRC Association collects, and holds on its database in the CRC Association Office, may include name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and any further information provided by the Member organisation. No credit card details are retained by the CRC Association. Occasionally the CRC Association may provide contact details to a third party, for example to a Government Department or businesses or media who wish to contact members to seek input on a range of issues, or to members wishing to contact their peers amongst the CRC Association membership.

The CRC Association does not disclose any personal information for any other purpose without consent, except where the use or disclosure is required or authorised by or under law. The CRC Association will make its best attempt to protect any personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The CRC Association does not sell, in whole or part, the personal information it collects and does not disclose it to other organisations, except as provided above.
