Awards for Excellence in Innovation 2021– Application form

  • Nominees must be employed by an organisation that is a member of the CRC Association, or be an employee, partner, researcher or Board member of a current or former CRC or CRC-P and must be supported by a current member of the Association.

  • A brief description of the achievement (max 120 words). It may be used for media and other briefing purposes.
  • You may provide an introduction or longer description if you wish. Max. 3500 characters (about one A4 page).
  • Provide evidence of collaboration. Judges will look at the quality of collaboration through the establishment of relationships and synergies between the participants (2+2=5). Max. 3500 characters (about one A4 page).
  • Provide evidence of the impact. Judges will look for evidence that the achievement has been delivered and is making a difference. Max. 3500 characters (about one A4 page).
  • You may wish to describe how the achievement is valued by the end user. Max. 3500 characters (about one A4 page).
